WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty does not express the rights granted to consumers under national law, which may vary according to the country where the product was purchased, and whose definitions prevail in the event of conflict the contents of this warranty.

In the event of product defects in material and/or manufacturing defects found at the time of purchase or during normal use, as indicated in the relevant user manual, the Molho Group recognizes the validity of the terms of the warranty for a period of 24 months after the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the country where the product was purchased and when the purchase was made by an authorized retail outlet.

The warranty is recognized and valid for the first owner of this product purchased.

The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts due to manufacturing defects from the beginning.

Molho Group reserves the right to decide at its discretion whether to apply the warranty by repairing or replacing the product.

In order to use the warranty, it is necessary to present the copy of the receipt issued at the time of purchase of the product, by checking whether the date of purchase is legible on it.

These terms of the guarantee cease to apply if:

• The product is used in different ways than those explicitly mentioned
  in the relevant user manual.

• The product is used in a manner that does not comply with the instructions
  in the relevant manual.

• The product has been repaired in unauthorized and conventional
  service centers.

• The product has undergone modifications and / or interventions. Any modifications
  that may be made to exempt Molho Group from any liability.

• The defect is due to negligence or inappropriate use.

• The product has been subject to normal wear and tear resulting from a prolonged
  and continuous use programmed daily.

• The product has been spoiled, even by accident, by the owner himself or by third parties.

• The product is shipped to the service representative without the original
  proof

Any damage caused by the use of components not provided and / or not approved by the Molho Group will not be covered from the terms of our warranty.
Molho Group disclaims all liability for damages to things or persons caused by inappropriate and / or improper use of the product.

After the end of the warranty period, the Company continues to provide its products for a fee within four (4) years from the date of their own purchase, after which the possibility of intervention will be assessed .

The Molho Group, in order to improve its products, reserves the right to modify any technical or aesthetic detail without warning.
